About The Rapha Center

The Rapha Center is a private, faith-based naturopathic ministry dedicated to the restoration of the whole person—body, soul, and spirit.

Founded on the belief that true healing comes when we remove what hinders and nourish our Creator's intricate design, The Rapha Center offers a space for members to rest, be heard, and begin healing.

We serve our members through a Private Health Membership Association (PHMA), allowing the freedom for naturopathioc care that is deeply personalized, Biblically aligned, and free from one-size-fits-all protocols. Our approach honors the body's God-given wisdom and focuses on uncovering root imbalances rather than masking symptoms.

At The Rapha Center, you’ll find a gentle blend of ancient healing principles and modern bioenergetic tools—including bio-resonance scanning, iridology, sclerology, light therapy, and other non-invasive therapies, and more. Whether you're walking through chronic illness, emotional burdens, or simply seeking advice or wellness support, our work centers around restoring balance and reigniting a fulfilled life, free from dis-ease.

Healing is possible, and we are here to walk with you every step of the way.

Meet the Doctor

Dr. Megan Thimmes, ND, CCI
Founder of The Rapha Center | PHMA

Hi, I’m Dr. Megan Thimmes, a Board-Certified Naturopathic Doctor, IIPA Certified Comprehensive Iridologist and co-steward of a The Rapha Center PHMA—a private, faith-based naturopathic ministry devoted to restoring health through a personalized approach that aligns with both Biblical and naturopathic principles.

Outside the clinic, I’m first and foremost a wife and mom to seven amazing kiddos. We homeschool, which means life is full, a little wild, and deeply rewarding. I find the most joy when I’m with my family, usually river fishing/playing or hiking/exploring a new place! I’ve developed a strong passion for pregnancy and birth over the years—five of my seven children were born at home, and I love walking alongside other mamas who are desiring to grow their families. When I get a quiet moment (rare, but treasured!), I’m probably deep-diving into my ever growing book collection. I love to learn, but even more, I love sharing what I’ve learned to help others live a life of vitality, joy & peace.

I hold multiple undergraduate degrees with concentrations in Biochemistry and Communications and have completed over eight years of graduate and doctoral-level study in the healing sciences. However, my depth of academic study over the years is only part of what shaped my passion for naturopathy and holistic care—the rest was formed through walking a long road to restoration myself. Both my husband and I have faced serious, life-altering health conditions—experiences that completely shifted my understanding of wellness, healing, and the deep connection between body, soul, and spirit, including Biblical principles I believe still hold true for healing today.

These personal battles ignited my passion to seek true healing beyond symptom management. What I found was that real restoration takes time, discernment, and care. Healing is a process—one that unfolds when we remove what hinders and nourish what the Lord has made capable of restoration. It is deeply individual, and isn’t found in baskets of supplements, generic protocols, or downstream-focused testing that overlooks deeper root causes. Healing isn’t about fighting the body—it’s about listening to it.

At The Rapha Center, I walk alongside Members through natural, faith-based protocols that honor the body’s design, uniquely and intricately fashioned by the Creator YHWH. I specialize in bio-resonance scanning and Iridology/Sclerology, and use these modalities, among others, to prayerfully guide precise, targeted naturopathic care. Each tool offers a unique window into the body’s inner terrain, helping reveal underlying stress patterns, organ imbalances, and areas in need of restoration—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic illness, overwhelm, emotional burdens, or simply feel unwell or disconnected from your health, healing is possible. My deepest desire is to see you walk in lasting wholeness—body, soul, and spirit—restored to the purpose God (YHWH) created you for. At The Rapha Center, you’ll find space to rest, be heard, and begin your own path to restoration. I would be honored to walk that path with you.
