Single Aleph-Tav Body Touch Therapy sessions include: 60 minutes of touch therapy, ATB frequency music, essential oils, tuning forks, & other additions, to provide the most benefits in a single session.
ATB Touch Therapy is a very gentle, yet powerful way to stimulate the body's innate healing abilities. The ATB System describes energy points on the body that are represented by the Hebrew letters. These points also create energy pathways in the body for light and information to flow. When the ATB System is not functioning optimally it will lead to dis-ease and dysfunction in the body, soul and spirit. Light touch in specific sequences on the body can move and balance the bio-energy that keeps the body alive and healthy.
ATB Touch Therapy is done in a relaxed setting with the client laying on a comfortable, padded table with their clothes on. Light touch, over the client's clothes, on these specific Hebrew points re-establishes proper flow and communication in the body. ATB is like acupuncture without needles or acupressure without putting unnecessary pressure on the tissue. Most sessions are an hour long and can be followed up with self-help techniques. Although the effects can be immediate, as with most therapeutic techniques, consistent and frequent sessions will produce the best results.
There is no transfer of energy between the client and practitioner, nor any connection to reiki or other similar methods.
To prepare for your ATB Touch session, wear loose fitting clothing including socks. Your body will respond better to the session if you can wear 100% cotton, linen or another natural fabric. Many people find the session so relaxing that they fall asleep, however, a wide range of sensations may be experienced including heat, tingling, and twitching. These are normal responses to your energy moving and they are rarely uncomfortable.
